Connection Type

We offer the two most popular connection used in the Urethane Foam industry.

  • Flare Type (Available on our 63 and 79 Series Nozzles/Mixers
  • Bell Type (Available on our 37 and 50 Series Nozzles/Mixers

Diameter

The Diameter of the Mixing Element is what determines what series of Nozzle/Mixer you will need. We offer four industry standard Element diameters.

  • 37 Series (.37" Diameter 3/8" )
  • 50 Series (.50" Diameter 1/2" )
  • 63 Series (.63" Diameter 5/8" )
  • 79 Series (.79" Diameter 13/16" )

Length

The Length of our Nozzles/Mixers is simply their overall length. We offer many standard as well as custom lengths to help optimize your production process.

  • 37 Series - Up to 14"
  • 50 Series - Up to 16"
  • 63 Series - 4.5", 5", 10", 15", 17", 24", 40", 60"
  • 63C Series - 5" to 60"+ (Custom Made with No Additional Tooling Cost)
  • 79 Series - 6", 12.5", 14", 18", 25", 28", 40", 72"
  • 79C Series - 5" to 60"+ (Custom Made with No Additional Tooling Cost)

Element Configuration

This is the total number of individual Mixing Elements within your Nozzle/Mixer.
